Empty is an Electronic Industrial band from Sydney, Australia, consisting of Aaron Potter and Daniel Brunet which began in 2005. Empty had followed on from Tron, a similar project which started early 2003.
Musical influences include artists such as Depeche Mode, David Reilly, Skinny Puppy, Tweaker, Dismantled, Front Line Assembly and Assemblage 23.

Never Get To You sculpts the beginning of a new era for Empty, highlighting new sounds from the upcoming album through the fusion of Electronic-Industrial with elements of Glitch and pulsing electronics overlaid with vast, sweeping soundscapes.
Featuring two new tracks, plus a cover of the cult classic "King of Kings" by The Models alongside remixes by Dismantled, ANGELTHEORY, Pask and iammynewt.

2008 follows with the release of the second installment from Sydney-based electronic/industrial artists Empty. "Aeon Xpand" highlights the track Castrated and a collection of remixes originating from the debut EP "Open Aeon".
While the opening track and a selection of remixes have been produced for the energy-fueled EBM club scene, this release will also have listeners immersed in a layered, ambient realm with tracks remixed by various international artists.

Open Aeon (EP)

Based on the Abandon All Hope demo, this debut EP has progressed to the point of completion over the past three years.
During early 2006, solo artist Charles Fenech (of ANGELTHEORY) offered his support in mixing Empty's demo tracks to absolute perfection. This EP demonstrates a deeper and much more detailed variety of sound, including remixes from EBM driven ANGELTHEORY and IDM underground producer iammynewt. This diverse blend of melodic, Dark-Electro is only the beginning of much more to come from this Sydney based duo.

Abandon All Hope (demo)

This initial four track collection demonstrates the advancements made by the group from their early recordings in Tron. The tracks found on Abandon All Hope began in late 2003 and were mixed and remixed over the course of 18 months until this final collection epitomized exactly what Empty was all about.
